Currently we are looking for dynamic, smart and efficient personnel with relevant skills and knowledge under Credit Control department in Air Alliance Ltd.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, monitor, and follow up with the corporate customers of the company for credit collection.
Segregate all delinquent accounts and prepare reports about delinquent accounts for management reporting.
Negotiate with regular and irregular customers via phone calls for payments of overdue debt.
Ensure collection through Mobile Financial Services (MFS) or online banking systems by influencing customers.
Inform and update debtors regarding current obligations, the due date, days past due, and potential impacts of delaying payment.
Analyze the corporate customer’s financial/liquidity positions & monitor their payment behavior and set a follow-up strategy accordingly.
