JOB CONTEXT
Develop different customer profile and segmentation based on insights derived from different platforms and market feedback. Design different interaction modules for customers in different stages of the lifecycle. Provided insights will help the campaign managers to develop portfolio specific roadmap in order to achieve the maximum revenue growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate CLM business strategy into coherent ARPU programs, user growth campaigns, and channel activities.
• Prioritize activities and resolve conflicts based on commercial, strategic, and customer impact segment marketing and channels.
• Execute CLM activity aligned to ATL (above-the-line) communications where appropriate.
• Deep dive into the data set from different dimensions and angles of all customers for micro seg-mentation LEADERSHIP/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
• Energize, excite and motivate people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery • Coach the functional team members to ensure that effective leadership practices are championed across the functional unit
• Create and lead a performance-based culture
• Aggregate and synthesize data from multiple sources to analyze customer usage behavior and pro-vide the most relevant offers.
• Initiate analytical research to drive ARPU growth through improved targeting and the creation of new and enhanced propositions
• Locate and develop new process improvement opportunities in line with revenue growth opportunities and customers’ engagements
• Follow up on campaign modalities with necessary checking and controls to eliminate redundancy in the campaign target segment for communication along with proper rewarding.
• Based on historical data and analysis results suggest a more accurate context for a customer to trig-ger an offer
• Segregate the full subscriber base and find out appropriate offers specially data offers for each cluster
• Provide insights on high-level impacts of a campaign/activity immediately after the launch
• Convert the insights into meaningful and actionable segments
• Investigating social structures using network analysis
• Follow-up regular micro-campaigns and incorporate findings with future segmentation

• Assist in defining and planning the strategic roadmap for Robi’s Data Product portfolio in line with the stated long-term business goal
• Manage and follow up the entire product lifecycle from meaningful consumer insights to translating them into profitable ideas.
• Drive pack penetration specially Self-Service & Data RGB.
• Assist, manage, and execute follow-up business critical projects and initiatives throughout all levels of business with a future focus to align with the vision of growing sustainably – through building partnerships
