Program Summary:

The Career & Placement Center of North South University successfully hosted an engaging online workshop on 12 July 2026, featuring Dr. Yadu Prasad Gyawali of Mid-West University, Nepal, as the distinguished speaker.

The workshop began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Nasrin Pervin, CPC Coordinator from SHSS, North South University, who welcomed the speaker and participants and highlighted the importance of collaborative learning in developing future-ready skills.

During the session, Dr. Gyawali discussed how Communities of Practice can encourage continuous learning, knowledge-sharing and meaningful collaboration in a rapidly evolving digital world. Participants gained valuable insights into digital literacy, critical thinking, adaptability, leadership and communication.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Farzana Nahid, Director of the Career & Placement Center, North South University, who expressed her appreciation to the distinguished speaker, participants and organizing team for making the session meaningful and successful.
