Welcome to the Career and Placement Center (CPC) at North South University. It is a true honor to serve as Director of this dynamic platform dedicated to preparing our students for the professional world through focused career guidance, skill-building initiatives, and meaningful engagement with industry.
At the CPC, our mission is to empower students with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to thrive in today’s ever-evolving job market. We offer a wide range of services, including career counseling, internship and job placement support, corporate grooming, personal development workshops, networking events, and employer engagement programs. Through these initiatives, we strive to bridge the critical gap between academic knowledge and real-world application.
With over 20 years of cross-sector experience in academia, media, entrepreneurship development, and corporate leadership, I understand the importance of a holistic approach to career readiness. With experience mentoring aspiring young entrepreneurs at NSU Startups Next, and having designed and led training programs for both national and international institutions—including the World Bank’s WE Connect initiative and Business Support Center, City Alo, and City Bank’s Rural Program—my focus has consistently been on equipping students with not only technical expertise but also adaptability, creativity, and a strong personal brand.
CPC’s work is strengthened by close collaboration with faculty, alumni, industry leaders, and our partners from across the four academic schools of NSU: the School of Business and Economics (SBE), the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences (SEPS), the School of Health and Life Sciences (SHLS), and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS). Together, we create opportunities that help our students discover their strengths, align their goals, and pursue career paths with purpose and confidence.
